Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ,
Grace and peace to you from God our Father and from our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
On behalf of the entire team at Lutheran Church Charities, I bring you greetings in the strong name of Jesus! It is an honor to join you—through this letter—in your time of holy work together as a district family. Your ministry serves as a visible reminder of our shared calling to bring Christ’s mercy, hope, and love into a world in need.
At Lutheran Church Charities, we remain deeply grateful for our partnership with the churches, schools, workers, and leaders of the LCMS Atlantic District. Whether through crisis response, K-9 Comfort Dog visits, Hearts of Mercy & Compassion crosses and markers, or our Spiritual First Aid training, we are blessed to serve alongside you in extending the compassion of Christ.
Thank you for your faithfulness in proclaiming the Gospel and caring for your communities. May this convention strengthen your unity in Christ and equip you for the days ahead with wisdom, joy, and bold confidence in the promises of God.
