Dear Servants of Christ,
Greetings of joy as we celebrate our Savior’s victory over Satan, sin and death on the cross and through the empty grave! He is Risen! He is risen, indeed! Alleluia!
It is indeed an honor and blessing to be servants of Christ and share this only true message of life with the world. There is no doubt that our calling is one of urgency to live as Christ’s “witnesses in Jerusalem, Judea, Samaria and to the very ends of the earth!” Yes, we, as the redeemed in Christ have much to give thanks for as we daily receive God’s mercies anew and the assurance of the forgiveness and life that He has won for us!
As you gather in Convention, I rejoice with you in your bold and faithful labors in the Harvest that you may be a people who are Engaging the World with the Gospel of Hope! That has been your mission and vision and my prayer for you is that you continue to live In this Hope We were Saved!
Please know that the Florida-Georgia District and its 192 congregations thank the Lord for your partnership. Today, as never before, our call remains to “walk together” as the people of God that many more may experience God’s amazing grace in this dark world! As you look to the future, may the Lord not only remind you of His grace for you, but reveal His plans for you to boldly share the joy of the Lord’s salvation with all.
